Ball joints on the wiper mechanism corroded and broke, making the wipers inoperable during a monsoon on the interstate traveling at 70 miles an hour which was very dangerous at night. Only by slowing down and carefully moving to the right hand lane where i could see the white line, was i able to keep control and not be in an accident.
