The crotch buckle on my child's car seat gets stuck at times which makes it nearly impossible to get my son out. It's happened several times and there doesn't seem to be any reason to why or when it happens. Sunshine kids radian xtsl installed rear facing in 2006 chevy equinox. Solid install with superlatch system, barely 1/4 inch of movement at the belt path, however upon wiggling the shoulder area of the seat with minimal pressure, the superlatch loosened dramatically and the seat was no longer secure. I installed a sunshine kids radian xtsl in my 2006 chevy equinox rear-facing center using the latch system/rear facing tether. A week or so after installing, as my daughter got in the car, i noticed that the latch strap had loosened significantly and that the seat was no longer in tightly.
