As many others, i now have a leaking fuel sending unit on our 2007 chevy equinox. Many people have this same problem and chevy chooses not to address it for us by issuing a recall. When the vehicle is running the fuel system is pressurized which causes fuel to spray out of a faulty joint which is made of plastic that cracks, the fuel then drips down from the tank as it pleases around the exhaust and on to the floor.
