The back hatch lock will not release on my 2010 equinox to open the hatch. It started with a difficult try to open it. Now it will not open at all. I am bringing it to the dealer tomorrow (it is out of warranty over 36,0000 miles) this hatch is not open every day. In reality it is open only about once a week, so it shouldn't have broken. *tr

In new chevy vehicles there is a center storage compartment located above the center console. This is held down in place by a simple push button. The button however is problematic as in some trims it is a chrome feature. In sunny condition, the reflection from the chrome push button reflects into the driver's eyes. This could lead to possible dangerous driving conditions. *tr
