2006 Chevrolet Equinox Tire Sizes

The 2006 Chevrolet Equinox tire sizes listed here are 235/60R17, 235/65R16, and 245/40R20. These are size designations, not tire-pressure ratings. Match the complete size printed on the tire or specified for your vehicle; a tire that looks similar may not be the correct fit.

The listed sizes show that the 2006 Equinox may have different tire fitments, rather than one size that applies to every vehicle. Which size applies can depend on the vehicle’s original equipment and configuration. The facts do not identify which size belongs to a particular trim or engine, or provide a load rating, speed rating, or recommended inflation pressure.

Check the driver-side door jamb label or the owner’s manual to confirm the correct size and pressure for your Equinox. If your tire size is not listed, or the label and tire information differ, rely on the vehicle’s label or manual rather than assuming one of these sizes applies.
