2016 Chevrolet Equinox Tire Sizes

The 2016 Chevrolet Equinox tire sizes listed here are 225/65R17, 235/55R18, 235/55R19, 235/60R17, and 255/40R20. These are the tire size options recorded for this model year; the list alone does not identify which size is fitted to a particular vehicle.

The numbers and letters in a tire size describe its dimensions and construction. Match the size shown on your Equinox rather than choosing from the list based only on appearance. The listed sizes vary, but the facts do not connect any specific size to a trim or engine, so check the vehicle’s tire information before replacing tires.

If your vehicle’s fitted size is not clear, confirm it on the door jamb or in the owner’s manual. The facts provide no load or speed ratings, so confirm those details there as well; do not infer them from these size designations.
