I have a 2011 chevy equinox with high oil consumption issues i been maintaining to avoid engine issues. Chevy will check however wants me to pay for oil change test and said they will charge me if they feel the engine has issues due to poor maintenance. The high oil consumption is causing this and appears as a way to turn customers away to avoid costs to them. Poor customer service.
